GWAIHIR ROBOTICS / RICHMOND, VA

The American brushless
motor stack.

Onshoring the machinery and components that U.S. drone, robotics, and defense actuators depend on — built in Virginia.

Why we exist

The U.S. brushless motor supply chain runs through Suzhou, Milan, and Munich.

Every drone, every humanoid, every defense actuator on the Blue UAS list relies on stators, rotors, and the machinery that makes them — almost none of it American. Vacuz dominates components and winding lines from China; Marsilli, Bosch, and GROB-WERKE compete on automated assembly from Europe. Gwaihir is building the alternative.

Products

Three product lines. All under active build.

Brushless motors are not optional components. The dependency is, today, unavoidable. The dependency is, tomorrow, our product roadmap.
For

U.S. drone OEMs, robotics actuator companies, and defense primes.

If you build motion in America, your supply chain is our product roadmap.

01 — DRONE
Group 1–3 UAS
Blue UAS list operators sourcing onshore propulsion components and replacing 20-week China lead times.
02 — ROBOTICS
Humanoid + actuator
Quasi-direct-drive actuator builders onshoring stator stacks and outrunner shells in their bills of materials.
03 — DEFENSE
Programs of record
Loitering-munition, ground-actuator, and propulsion-system programs working a domestic-supply mandate.
